Resetting the Stage is about completing the venture for volunteer lead theatres and venues. Most local venues focus on filling the auditorium 3 or 4 times a week as well as get locals to make use of the venues.

Overtime this has got harder, with the recent shutdown of the industry due to COVID-19. The workshops finding interesting and creative ways to market research to be attract people back to venues, to use, volunteer and of course to enjoy events. It also looks at ways to expand and encourage creative in your community.

This is a series of 7 to 9 online workshops spaced out over 2 to 3 years. Aimed specifically at volunteer lead regional and local theatres to help explore ideas to outreach to communities, as well as fundraising for the future and helping those running local theatre to offer the best value of the creative arts to their communities.

Essentially Resetting the Stage Workshop series cost £150 per year or £50 per session*. Most of the work is done away from the online facilitator.
